Shipping policy

We want you to have your garments as soon as possible. If you don’t receive your by is.la products in this period, please contact us on sales@byisla.com.

By is.la is not to be held responsible for any delays in shipping caused by weather conditions, international customs issues, public holidays or any other circumstances beyond our control.

 SHIPPING TO THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND AND NORTHERN IRELAND

We charge a rate of €2.50 for shipping, but offer free shipping on all orders over €40.

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders may be subject to customs or import duties, taxes (including VAT) and processing fees once they reach the destination country. Payment of these charges are the responsibilities of the customer and must be paid once the order is received. By is.la has no control over these charges. We advise you contacting your local customs office before placing an order for a customs estimation.

 We charge An Post standard postal rates for shipping within the EU and the UK.

All International orders made outside the EU are charged a fixed rate of €13 for shipping.

Please note that a signature might be required to accept international delivery. In the event of the recipient not being present to receive the order, an attempted delivery docket will be left. Your order will be brought to your local sorting office and held for collection for 7 days. If it’s not collected within this time period it will return to us and you’ll be notified by email. Please note that you will be liable for return shipping costs where we have to resend a parcel to you.
To avoid all that hassle, make sure someone is there to receive your by is.la order.
