Refund policy

 

 Even though we try our best to offer you the best products, we understand that sometimes you may not be happy with your purchase. If that's the case, by is.la offers a full refund on the value of your garments.

RETURNS

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. If 14 days have gone by since you received your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund nor accept your returned product.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If a product is defective, by is.la shall assume full responsibility for return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non refundable.

Returns have to be pre-authorized by our team.
Please notify us by email at sales@byisla.com before shipping your product, explaining the reason for your return. We will then issue a return code that you should include inside your return package and the address where returns have to be sent to.

For garments to be eligible for returns, please make sure they are unworn, with tags and in the original packaging.

We will notify you if your return has been rejected. That will happen in case your garments are damaged or worn.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please note that It can take up to 15 days for refund to appear in your bank account.

GIFT CARDS

We do not offer refund or exchange on Gift cards.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to get a product in a different size or style, you will have to return your item and place another order.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If that's the case, please contact us on sales@byisla.com and we will let you know how to proceed from there.
We will only refund shipping return costs in case your item is damaged or defective.
